In collaboration with psychologists and the team of therapists, la pura‘s team of physicians has developed a female-specific anti-stress program that supports your individual needs.

For a determination of the physical status, there is an initial admission consultation that includes a blood sample, a 24 h measurement of heart-rate variability (HRV), an ECG examination and subsequent individual discussion of the results. In individual psychological coaching session, we then find your stress situations and provide you with tips for successful time management. Biofeedback units serve to prepare a stress profile and influence reactions of the body, such as skin conductance, breathing and muscle tension, in a focused way. In individual relaxation units (progressive muscle relaxation, autogenic training, imagination exercises, yoga, qigong, shiatsu), you can find out which method can best help you to relax. If you have any special requirements, individual services will be expanded or replaced with special stress modules (eating, smoking, back aches, stomach aches). Special head treatments round off this extensive package.
